INSiGHTS - Integrated Slow, Green and Healthy Tourism Strategies

 

Call for Tender

Regional Development Agency with Business Support Centre for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as a project partner in DTP1-147-2.2 – INSiGHTS - Integrated Slow, Green and Healthy Tourism Strategies has published the Call for Tender for assigning a contractor to an assignment by collecting offers by invitation or invitation to certain persons (Article 20 (3) of the PPA and complying with the requirements of the Danube Transnational Cooperation Program 2014-2020), and with subject: 

Purchasing, supply and putting into service of bicycles for establishing of tourist information center of RDA with BSC for SMEs Plovdiv under the project INSiGHTS - Integrated strategies for slow, green and healthy tourism.

Award criteria "Optimal price-quality ratio"

Note: All prices are inclusive of VAT

Minimum technical specifications - according to the Technical Specification

Total estimated value: € 6.000 euro

 

On the basis of certain award criteria, the ranking of the tenders admitted to bid is made on the basis of the quoted offer of each "Complex Assessment" – (CA) as the sum of the individual estimates according to the predetermined indicators, with the relative weights in the Complex Assessment as follows:

Note:

Column 1 indicates the specified indicators with their designations; column 2 shows the relative weights of each indicator as a percentage of the complex estimate (up to 100%); Column 3 indicates the maximum number of points possible; Column 4 gives the symbolic name of a specific indicator.

 

 

 

CA = I 1 + I 2+ I 3

 

The offer, which received the highest CA, ranked first.

In case that two or more candidates in the procedure receive an equal CA, the candidate who offers the lowest price is selected as contractor.

In case that the prices are the same, the contractor shall be selected for the candidate who has a higher score on the "Technical evaluation of the proposal"

In case the points on this indicator are equal, the contractor is determined by public lot.
