Regional Development Agency with Business Support Centre for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises- Plovdiv was established with the financial support of programme EURADA/PHARE.

EMBRACE II - Embracing Socioeconomic Development in Disadvantageous Areas through Information & Knowledge Society

EMBRACE II project aims to support the development of SMEs located in less-favored regions (rural, mountainous, underdeveloped urban) and to increase their competitiveness and international cooperation through the information society and society of knowledge.

MIGRA VALUE - Steering Economic and Social Cohesion in the CADSES Space: Valuing Migration as a Development Tool

The project MIGRA VALUE analyzed and proposed forms to support the return of migrants from the current host countries in their countries of origin in order to optimize exploitation of the development potential of migrants transferred finances and balancing the social consequences of prediction population; Exploitation the development potential of the transferred finances of immigrants; Balancing the social consequences of the anticipation of the population. GREENINFRANET GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORK

The Green Infrastructure Network is a partnership of 12 regions from across Europe. The partners areworking together to promote the development and implementation of green infrastructure by exchanging experience and expertise, and by identifying, analysing and transferring good practice related to green infrastructure policies. The project’s main objective is to strengthen the development and implementation of green infrastructure in EU regions. This objective will be achieved by exchanging and disseminating expertise, experience and best practices among the partners, in relation both to green infrastructure in general and to its development and implementation in four specific fields: urban areas; natural areas; rural land use; and climate change adaptation. Green infrastructure brings biodiversity conservation into harmonywith other forms of land use by strengthening the coherence of ecosystems, at the same time contributing to climate changemitigation and adaptation and reducing vulnerability to natural disasters. Green infrastructure places biodiversity conservationwithin a broader policy framework,where its objectives can be achieved in the context of other land-use objectives, such as those related to agriculture, forestry, recreation and climate change.

The challenge is the overcoming of a number of problems summarized in the uncertainty of the legal framework in which SE operate, reduced capacity of access to public/private financial sources, lack of dedicated business support services and particularly the restriction to local markets

The restructuring toolbox - Capitalising on past and present innovations to anticipate restructuring processes

This toolkit is aimed at restructuring, i.e. situations in which routine changes are not directly or indirectly imposed on the companies and jobs of individuals, which usually involves job losses or the risk of job losses. This is a compilation of many experiences, covering the entire process of anticipation of permanent actions implemented long before any redundancy announced the final evaluation of the consequences. This manual for users presents a method of how to learn from others' experience and innovative tools activities. The toolbox itself describes more than 60 such instruments, settings and institutional arrangements which have already been implemented in countries, regions, local labor markets or companies.

The project aimed to provide a list of the skills required of teachers and trainers in VET in order to assist them in achieving the awareness and involvement of the founding principles of ESD in the proposed trainings. In order to build a resource-efficient and competitive economy, and to strengthen the competitive advantage of businesses, especially SMEs, the workforce needs to improve its green skills. Vocational education and training can be the quickest way for people in need of retraining and additional training to acquire the skills needed on the labor market and reintegration into the labor market.

The project is linked with the increase institutional capacity of public and private organizations and NGOs dealing with vocational guidance and strengthening the activities and competencies of experts working in them. The professional guidance and orientation for people with disabilities is aimed at students with disabilities, people with disabilities outside formal education (adults), as well as people with disabilities - unemployed graduates needing education and vocational training.

2010-1-HU1-LEO04-000603 CHALLENGE: Checklist for Harmonizing LLL and HR Strategies

The main objective of the project CHALLENGE was to make closer relationship between lifelong learning, the needs of the labour market and strategies for the development of human potential in companies.
