At the end of January, the first partnership meeting under PRO-ENERGY Promoting energy efficiency in public buildings in the Balkans -
Mediterranean was held in Igoumenitsa
.
Partners from Greece, Albania, Bulgaria and Cyprus discussed
issues related to:

The specifics and rules of the
Balkans - Mediterranean 2014-2020 Programme
- one of the two European Union programmes
for transnational cooperation, in which the Republic of Bulgaria participates
in the period 2014-2020.
·
Details of each of the project work packages and
activities related to project management and coordination, communication and
dissemination, with the development of a joint regional analysis, strategy and
framework, with the capacity building of energy managers and the presentation
of PRO-ENERGY in the next EU Sustainable Energy Week conference,
·
And the envisaged project
pilot activities.
From the Bulgarian side in the partnership meeting took part
representatives of the Regional Development Agency with Business Support Center
for SMEs – Plovdiv, partner in the project.
The next project meeting will be held in Nicosia, Cyprus from 22 to 23 June
2020.
