The training under the project STRUCTURED COURSE FOR INTERCULTURAL TRAINING under the Erasmus + program, key activity 1 - sector "Adult Education" has been completed
The seven-day training took place in early September in Vienna, Austria
with the project partner INMAD - International Institute for Managing
Diversity.
Four experts and employees participated from the RDA BC SMEs / the
Agency for Regional Development with the Business Center for Support of Small
and Medium Enterprises /.
The participants got acquainted in detail with the topics of the
preliminary program and enriched their knowledge and competencies in the field
of culture, different cultures in Europe and abroad, as well as cultural
diversity, cultural consciousness by diving into foreign cultures.
All have increased their competence for intercultural communication,
diversity in different cultures and aspects of intercultural governance.
Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with many practical
examples, as well as to find answers to many of their questions. The training
was an opportunity to generate many future ideas.
All participants received a certificate of successful completion of the
course and Europass Mobility.
