External assessors from Human Resources Development Centre
evaluated the final report of the project "A Structured Course for Intercultural
Training CULT TRAINING under the Erasmus + program, sector" Adult education
"under contract № 2020-1-BG01-KA104-078648.
The quality of implementation of project activities
was assessed with 94 points out of 100 possible points.
The project was aimed at solving and improving the
intercultural communication of lecturers and trainers in RDA with BC for SMEs
Plovdiv, and further improved other key competencies such as language, digital,
skills for teaching adults and for representatives of different nationalities,
religions, cultures and history and has contributed to the internationalization
and capacity building of the organization.
The project partner was INMAD - International
Institute for Managing Diversity, Vienna, Austria. With it, RDA BC SME has many
successfully implemented projects.
The project lasted 18 months and the structured course
itself took 7 working days.
