On 23-24.10.2023 in the municipality of Kaspichan,
upgrading training was held for the staff in connection with the referral for
the use of social and integrated health and social services to persons in need
of support.
The training aims to increase the knowledge of the
employees of the municipality of Kaspichan, regarding the changes in social
legislation, to form skills in connection with the referral for the use of
social and integrated health and social services to persons in need of support.
Simultaneously, group and individual supervisions were conducted.
The upgrade training and supervisions are in
implementation of the Procedure BG05SFPR002-2.002 "Strengthening of
municipal capacity", with contract number for BFP
BG05SFPR002-2.002-00111-C01 "Strengthening of municipal capacity in the
Municipality of Kaspichan", under the program "Development of human
resources" 2021-2027.
They are carried out by experts of the Regional
Development Agency with Business Support Center for Small and Medium
Enterprises – Plovdiv. This increases the capacity of the staff needed to
fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of the municipality of Kaspičan
under the Law on Persons with Disabilities, the Law on Personal Assistance and
the Law on Social Services in the part related to referral by municipalities
for the use of social services. The methodology combines theoretical and
practical activities.
Graduates received a certificate for successfully
completed upgrading training under Procedure BG05SFPR002-2.002
"Strengthening of Municipal Capacity", with contract number for BFP
BG05SFPR002-2.002-00111-C01 "Strengthening of Municipal Capacity in the
Municipality of Kaspichan", financed under the "Development of Human
resources" 2021-2027, issued by the Regional Development Agency with
Business Support Center for Small and Medium Enterprises – Plovdiv.
