On October 1 and 2, 2024, the second meeting of the project partners was held.

 

The host of the meeting was the partner from Serbia Business association for sport, recreation, rehabilitation and business Eco zone Ada Huja.     

                                                                                 

01 October 2024

On the first day, there was a review of the project implementation and its financial implementation.

The following questions were considered:

• Activity 1.1.  Mapping and collection of natural and associated intangible cultural heritage in the project's rural and less visited areas on which the Strategy will be based
• Activity 1.2. Mapping and analysis of good practices in the wider Danube region for projects and activities that deal with the sustainable development of local tourism
• Activities 2.1, 2.2 ,2.3
• Documents review: Rapid Tourism Assessment Tool (rTAT, SWOT Analysis Template), the three CIP supporting materials, Methodology for developing the Action Plan, Toolkit for Involving Target Groups
• Activity 3.1. Construction of contact points for the Green and mystical Danube narrative route in the pilot locations.

02 October 2024

The second day focused on the plan, key project tasks, discussing upcoming activities, timelines and deliverables.

 

The meeting ended with a meeting of the project steering committee.
